Scratch to v(1.3)0.0beta:
1. There are new blocks, the boolean <hidden?> and <pen down?>, as well as in sound, [beep].
2. Some of the obsolete blocks have been brought back. ([say nothing], [change stretch by], [set stretch to], [rewind sound] and [change costume by].
3. The 'blur,' 'saturation,' and 'pointillize' image effects have been brought back. They are now in with the others in the graphic effect blocks.
4. The graphic effect menu has been rearranged to a more practical order.
5. The logical comparison blocks (=, < and >) now have string inserters.
6. There are new options in the shift+extra menu, for entering and exiting blind mode. When in blind mode, menu text is larger.
7. Pressing shift while switching block categories makes that category darker. This aids the visually impaired by increasing contrast.
8. Pressing shift while opening a project does the same thing.
9. Another new option in the shift+extra menu is "show/hide incompatible blocks". this toggles in and out of compatible mode.
10. Whenever the project is incompatible with scratch, it will save as *.sc, rather than *.sb.
11. When not in compatible mode, it will not open *.sb projects. The same goes for *.sc when in compatible mode.
12. If you really need to interchange between sb and sc, you can switch compatibility while the project is open.
13. The share button is disabled while not in compatibility mode.
14. 'Color' in the pen and looks have been changed to the proper english spelling (colour).
15. The default sprite, and the logo in the corner have been changed.
16. Pressing shift while entering presentation mode switches to the black background, except it does not enter full screen.
17. Full screen can be toggled while in development mode by means of two new shift+extra menu options.
18. The project notes dialog has been made wider.
19. From shift+exras, you can now change the display depth. (to balance out performance and appearance).
20. There is a new math function in the function block: factorial (!).

1. NEW BLOCK: Limited Functionality* Exponent block (()^()). *It cannot perform exponents by a decimal.
